Course Outline

CADET Pilot Program - CPL Training

Phase 1 - Commercial Pilot License with ME IR (CPL ME IR) - 16 Months

  • Ground Theory : 6 Months
  • DGCA CPL : 10 Months 

CADET Pilot Program - Airbus A320 Type Rating

Phase 2 – A320 Type Rating - 2 Months

  • Ground School including Computer Based Training
  • Fixed Based Simulator
  • Ground School (including Exam)
  • Full Flight Simulator Including Skill Tests

Assessment & Selection

CADET Pilot Course Selection Process

Stage 1: ADAPT

The assessment is designed to measure your skills and aptitude including psychomotor, cognitive, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Stage 2: Group activity

Once you have passed the ADAPT test, you will be invited for a group activity assessment that will be conducted in the presence of a selection panel from Airline. This test will assess your communication skills and team coordination.

Stage 3: Personal interview

Upon clearing the Group activity candidates will be invited for a Personal Interview conducted by Airline Panelist.


Upon successfully completing the above selection process, you will sign the LOI with the Airline.

COURSE FEE

USD 140,000

The course fee is required only upon final selection. Once the Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed and the first installment is completed, candidates can officially commence their Pilot training.

Yes, you can fill the application form and we will guide you on the process to arrange DGCA Class 1 medical.


Yes you can apply, there are preliminary processes which can be completed before your selection. However you can sign the LOI only after completing the minimum education requirements


Once you submit the application we will screen your application & verify your documents post which you will be invited to appear for ADAPT Test in our center. In case you clear ADAPT you will be invited to appear for a Group Activity & Personal Interview in Gurugram, India. Only after clearing all 3 rounds  you will be invited to sign the Letter of Intent (LOI) with Airline


The candidate is required to pay the 1st Installment amount post which candidate can report to the Training School to start their CPL Training.


Your CPL training will be conducted at Airline Authorized Flying Training Institute in Ahmedabad / Chennai. 


It will be conducted in the Airline Approved Type rating center in Clarks, Philippines
