Airbus A320 Type Rating Course – DGCA Approved

A DGCA-approved Airbus A320 initial type rating for self-sponsored CPL holders. Training is delivered on full-flight simulators at approved training organisations in the United Kingdom, with alternative course locations in the Philippines and Bangkok. The course prepares you for the DGCA A320 type rating skill test.

USD 27,500 payable to Skywings. This is a single package price covering the course, shared accommodation, local transport and airport transfers.

In addition, approximately USD 1,000 is paid by you directly to third parties: visa fee, priority processing, visa documentation, VFS scanning and travel insurance. We itemise these in your quote so you can budget for the true total before you commit.

Fees are payable in USD. If you are funding through a bank education loan, we issue a formal fee breakdown letter on company letterhead for your lender - ask for it when you enquire, not after.

• DGCA CPL or ATPL
• Valid Instrument Rating
• 25 hours multi-engine flight time (up to 10 hours may be simulator)
• ICAO English Level 4 or above
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate
• Passport valid for at least six months beyond the end of the course

We do not remit your course fee to the training centre until your visa is granted. If your visa application is refused, you choose: a full refund of the course fee, or we move your seat to a later course at no charge from us, and you cover only the cost of re-applying.

Visa fees, priority processing and insurance are paid by you directly to third parties, so those are not recoverable from us. We will tell you this before you pay, not after.

We do not offer a job guarantee, a placement guarantee, or a letter of intent from any airline. A type rating is a licence endorsement, not employment.

Neither Skywings nor the training provider guarantees that you will pass. Assessment is under IATA Evidence-Based Training and the outcome depends on your performance.

Anyone in this market promising you a guaranteed airline job alongside a type rating is selling you something they cannot deliver. We would rather lose the enquiry than mislead you.
